In these Terms, "PodcastCraft", "we", "us" and "our" mean Prodlabs22, S.L.
By creating an account or using PodcastCraft, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use our Service.
You must be at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age of majority in your country to use PodcastCraft. By using our Service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
PodcastCraft turns your podcast audio into a transcription and a Content Kit generated with AI: chapters, show notes, SEO tags, social posts, newsletter and blog drafts, with export to multiple formats.
PodcastCraft has no subscriptions: you buy credits and each operation uses some of them, at the rates shown on our website. Credits never expire (see Section 8 for service discontinuation). Payments are processed by Stripe.
First Starter pack guarantee. If your first Content Kit doesn't convince you, you can ask for a full refund of your first Starter pack within 14 days of buying it. Email hello@podcastcraft.app from the address linked to your account. We will refund the full amount to your original payment method through Stripe and remove any credits from that pack you haven't used. The guarantee applies once per account, only to the first Starter pack, and does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. If a job fails on our side, we will return the credits it used.
Audio files are deleted automatically, normally within about 24 hours after a successful transcription, or about 48 hours if they were uploaded but never transcribed. Your transcription and generated content stay available while your account is active, and you can export them at any time from your dashboard.
You are responsible for the audio files and other content you upload. By using PodcastCraft, you agree that:
We do not claim ownership of your content or of the outputs generated from it. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for providing the Service (transcription, AI analysis, etc.). This license terminates when you delete your content or account.
Disclaimer: PodcastCraft disclaims any and all liability in connection with your content. You are solely responsible for your content and the consequences of uploading and processing it via the Service. We do not pre-screen, monitor, or review user content, and we are not responsible for any claims, damages, or losses arising from content you upload, including but not limited to claims of copyright infringement, defamation, or violation of privacy rights. AI-generated transcriptions and outputs may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before use.
We work to keep the Service available and monitor it continuously, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service: maintenance or incidents with third-party providers may cause temporary interruptions.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. In the event of a permanent discontinuation, we will notify you at least ninety (90) days in advance via the email address associated with your account. During this notice period, the Service will remain fully operational, allowing you to use any remaining credits and export your data. Upon expiration of the notice period, your access to the Service will end and any unused credits will expire.
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is and will remain the exclusive property of PodcastCraft and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
PodcastCraft is provided "as is" without warranties. We're not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss. Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount you have paid for the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PodcastCraft and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of your account and these Terms.
We may update these terms occasionally. We'll notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
You can delete your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Unused credits are non-refundable upon voluntary account closure, except for the First Starter pack guarantee in Section 4 and any refund required by law.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Tarragona, Spain. If you are a consumer in the European Union, this does not affect the mandatory consumer rights of your country of residence, including the right to bring a claim before its courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
