- Payment information - Processed securely by Stripe (we never store card details)
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your data to:
- Provide transcription and content generation services
- Manage your account and credits
- Send service-related notifications (processing complete, low credits, etc.)
- Improve our AI models and service quality
- Prevent fraud and abuse
We never sell your data to third parties.
3. Data Storage and Retention
Our data retention policy:
- Audio files - Deleted immediately after transcription (within minutes)
- Transcriptions - Stored while your account is active
- Inactive accounts - Data may be deleted after 180 days of inactivity (with 90-day advance notice)
- Deleted accounts - Data removed within 30 days of account deletion
All data is stored securely using Supabase (ISO 27001 certified) with encryption at rest and in transit.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption, secure authentication (via Supabase), and regular security audits. However, no system is 100% secure—we recommend using strong passwords and enabling two-factor authentication when available.
5. Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party services for:
- Database hosting and authentication
- AI transcription processing
- Secure payment processing
- Application hosting and infrastructure
All third-party providers are carefully selected for their security standards and compliance with GDPR and international data protection regulations.

Our service is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
